Maya is the Founder and CEO of Duffle. Prior to founding the company, she spent nearly a decade at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she worked closely with elite athletes, executives, and brands across high-stakes partnerships and long-term business strategy. Through that experience, she saw firsthand how fragmented systems, manual workflows, and institutional knowledge gaps slowed teams down and created unnecessary risk. Maya founded Duffle to modernize how relationship-driven businesses operate — building an intelligent system that brings clarity, continuity, and data-driven insight to talent and partnership management.
Darren is Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Duffle, where he leads go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and customer growth. He brings over a decade of experience from Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where he worked across talent marketing, brand partnerships, and operations, helping athletes and teams build scalable, long-term business portfolios. At Duffle, Darren focuses on translating real-world agency and client needs into scalable product adoption. His deep relationships across sports, entertainment, and brand ecosystems help ensure Duffle is built with — not just for — the people who rely on it every day.
Christopher is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Duffle, responsible for the company's technical architecture, security, and AI infrastructure. He brings over 15 years of experience building enterprise-grade software across regulated, high-performance environments, including work spanning government, aerospace, and large-scale SaaS platforms. At Duffle, Christopher leads the development of a secure, scalable intelligence layer that transforms fragmented relationship data into structured insight. His background in complex systems engineering ensures Duffle is built for reliability, extensibility, and long-term scale as the platform evolves.
