Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your Duffle account and all associated data. We're sorry to see you go.
Before You Delete
Please review the following information before submitting your deletion request:
- Cancel active subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through the app settings or your app store account to avoid future charges.
- Export your data: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Consider exporting any important information from the app before proceeding.
- Linked accounts: Deleting your Duffle account will also remove access to any linked services or integrations.
- Team members: If you manage a team or organization, please transfer ownership to another member before deletion.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- All talent profiles and associated data you've created
- Documents and files you've uploaded
- Communications and activity history
- Preferences and settings
- Any other personal data linked to your account
Data Retention
In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we may retain certain information for a limited period after account deletion:
- Transaction records: Payment and billing records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
- Legal obligations: Data required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution may be retained as required by law.
- Anonymized data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

Deletion Timeline
After we receive your deletion request:
- We will verify your identity and ownership of the account within 1-2 business days.
- Your account will be deactivated immediately upon verification.
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
